Congratulations to our Three Room With a View Winners!!!
The HomeAway Traveler Team struggled to select the three winning photographs. It was an ambitious task, thanks to the large number of outstanding Room With a View Photos we received.
Jack Stevenson’s photograph sums up what it means to have a “Room with A View”. His view - in Hilo, Hawaii – is almost too picture-perfect to be real. Pinch yourself, you’re looking at the Falls at Reed’s Island, one of Hawaii’s most beautiful waterfalls, flanked by the Wailuku River and rainforest.
In a word, Madelyn Willems’ Eiffel Tower photograph is iconic. “Step onto the apartment balcony from the bedroom, living room, dining room or kitchen and experience Paris: a full-on view of the Eiffel Tower and beautiful Champ de Mars Park,” she writes. It doesn’t get much better than that.
Chip Bumgardner sends us his photograph from his condo in the Wildernest, Colorado. Perched above Silverthorne (in Summit County, CO) his large windows overlook expansive views of Buffalo Mountain, the Ten-Mile Range, and Keystone Resorts. By definition: majestic. |
